Karelia Group is a full-cycle timber manufacturer founded in 2013, with sawmilling, kiln drying, planing and beam assembly on one site in the Republic of Karelia, northern Russia, and a trading office in Business Bay, Dubai. Core product is the Karelia H20 formwork beam, produced to EN 13377:2002 from the company own kiln-dried Nordic spruce flange bar and 24 mm plywood web, bonded with D4 polyurethane adhesive (DIN EN 301) and protected with Remmers impregnation and plastic end caps. Alongside beams the company supplies edged sawn timber to GOST 26002 grades 1-3, four-sided planed profiles (euro batten, floor board, planed bar, window and door blanks) from LeaderMac moulders, and kiln-dried spruce and pine timber from five independent 120 m3 drying chambers. Quality management follows ISO 9001:2015 with in-house testing and documented moisture control.
